UPDATE ON PATIENT CARE AT THE OVAL:
Please read all of our guidelines below before coming to the Practice. Appointments are to be made by telephone and guidance will be given to you regarding attending the Practice.
We have had a few people ask about coronavirus and pets. *To reassure you, currently there is no evidence to suggest that companion animals such as dogs and cats and small furries such as Rabbits or guinea pigs can catch or pass on the new coronavirus.*
The welfare of your pet is our priority, so is the welfare of our staff to enable us to continue to care for your Pets.
We are asking the following:
•We ask clients who are showing symptoms (fever, dry cough etc) NOT to come into the clinics, please telephone us and we can advise on the best next step for the care of your Pet.
•We only allowing one client with their pet appointment.
• We are limiting the amount of people in the waiting area, you may be asked to wait outside.
•As soon as you enter the practice you must sanitise your hands. We have stocks of sanitiser, you will also be asked to sanitise again when you enter the consult room and on the way out of the Practice.
•If you are coming to purchase from the shop, you must sanitise BEFORE touching the products and as you leave the Practice
•Payments are by credit card only.
•We will NOT facilitate bulk buying of medications or food.
We always have very strict cleaning protocols but are increasing the cleaning frequency in high touch areas (chairs, door handles, credit card machines etc).
The entire team is being updated on all changes going forward and we will keep you informed of any developments as they arise.
Our opening hours remain unchanged.
