The ongoing situation regarding COVID-19 is impacting all of us and in this time of uncertainty we wanted to reassure you that providing care for our clients and their pets remains our top priority.
Our practice REMAINS OPEN FOR BUSINESS as usual and as you would expect we are putting in place a number of steps to ensure that we reduce the risk of virus transmission. The health and wellbeing of our patients, staff and the wider community is paramount.
· If you are experiencing symptoms or are in self-isolation but your pet needs treatment, please allow a family member or friend to bring them in. If this is not possible then we can meet you outside our entrance to receive your pet – this needs to be pre identified and booked by telephone to ensure all safety measures can be implemented before your arrival.
· All clients must sanitise their hands when they first arrive at the Practice and as they leave
· Only one client with their animal should enter the Vets consultation room.
· We are currently only allowing card payments in our Practices.
